Services are subject to technician availability, scheduling, permits, and property conditions. All gas fitting and service operations are performed in strict adherence to the Florida Building Code (Fuel Gas) and applicable local safety codes. We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue service in our reasonable discretion where safe working conditions are not present or where pre-existing system code violations prevent safe execution.
Emergency Gas Safety Notice:
If a dangerous gas leak, structural hazard, or immediate life-safety violation is detected during an evaluation or service visit, our licensed technicians reserve the right to shut off the gas supply and cap lines immediately to prevent harm, in compliance with state safety laws. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or inconvenience resulting from safety-mandated gas shut-offs.
3. Non-Binding Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
We provide transparent pricing before authorized work begins.
- Informational Estimates: Estimates, quotes, online “instant” estimate widgets, price ranges, or pricing displayed on this website or provided via phone/chat are strictly informational and non-binding. They are based on initial information provided by the user and exclude unseen mechanical issues, hidden piping flaws, or permitting fees.
- Binding Quotes: A price or scope of work becomes binding only when set out in a written or electronically signed service agreement, official quote, or work order authorized by you after an on-site physical evaluation by our technician.
- Additional Work & Unforeseen Conditions: If additional repairs, parts, or structural changes are required upon opening walls, lines, or equipment, we will obtain your verbal or written authorization before proceeding with extra charges.
4. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

- Arrival Windows: Scheduled appointment times represent estimated arrival windows, not exact arrival guarantees, due to traffic, weather, or emergency service calls.

5. Payment Terms, Refunds & Florida Lien Notice
- Payment Terms: All payments are due upon completion of service unless prior written credit terms are established. We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and authorized electronic payment methods. Unpaid invoices past 30 days are subject to interest penalties at the maximum rate allowable under Florida law.
- Florida Construction Lien Law Warning: Pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 713, failure to pay for labor, services, or materials provided by a licensed contractor to improve your property may result in a construction lien against your property.
- Refund Policy: Labor charges are non-refundable once service is accepted and completed. If you have concerns about the quality of workmanship, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion to arrange an inspection.
- Third-Party Financing: Financing options provided through third-party lenders are governed solely by the lender’s terms and credit approval. Prestige Gas Services Corp is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Equipment, water heaters, gas appliances, and materials carry manufacturers’ warranties, which we pass through to you. Workmanship warranties apply exclusively to labor directly performed by Prestige Gas Services Corp technicians and exclude damages caused by improper owner operation, lack of routine maintenance, unauthorized third-party alterations, acts of God, or severe weather events.
